Witch, Please

The Insta Witch Starter Kit is a playful packaging project that explores transformation, creativity and self-expression. Inspired by the rise of modern mysticism and #witchy aesthetics, the kit leans into the trend with a sense of humor and celebration. Designed to spark curiosity and joy, each element, from custom tarot cards to the packaging itself, was created to reflect a sense of magic, mystery and personal empowerment.

I used myself as the reference for the tarot cards, choosing ones that resonated deeply with me. It felt fitting to include a touch of self-awareness and personal connection in the design.

2 – The High Priestess: Intuition, mystery, inner wisdom
7 – The Triumph: Victory, determination, and resilience
11 – Justice: Fairness, truth, and accountability

I then began to work on the packaging itself

The packaging was meant to start off as an unassuming box, opening up to reveal my "instant insta witch" - a tub of vibrant purple hair dye - and some vials for potions - "darkness powder" (glitter), "ground concentration" (coffee) and some "the charm charm" (more glitter), as well as the tarot cards and a handbook.

Each component was thoughtfully crafted to create a sense of fun and empowerment, encouraging users to tap into their inner magic while celebrating individuality and creativity.
